Answer: Yes. Blue Sky Builders, Inc.' warranty covers labor and materials for 1 full year from the completion date. After 1 full year, the warranty for doors, windows, roofing, siding, etc. will be referred to the manufacturers warranty. Concrete work is not warranted against cracking, peeling, pitting, or scaling caused by road salt, frost heave, settling, or any other condition beyond our control.
